Codotron Technologies Private Limited is located at 18-HNB in Bahuguna Colony. It’s a quiet neighborhood in Dehradun, which is exactly why we chose it. We wanted a place where we could actually think without all the noise of the main market. The office is basically just a ground-floor space with some tables and a lot of wires everywhere. We do a lot of tech work, mostly software and helping people with their digital setups. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us who enjoy coding. We spend a lot of time drinking chai and debating how to solve a particular bug. The atmosphere is very laid back. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. Bahuguna Colony is a nice spot because it feels like a community. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. Sometimes we work late into the night when we have a deadline, but usually, we try to keep regular hours. We don't have any grand claims about our work. We just do the best we can with the tools we have. It’s honest work and it keeps us going. If you’re ever in the area, you’ll likely see us through the window just working away. We have an old rug on the floor that’s seen better days, but it makes the room feel a bit more comfortable.
