It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, which is great for avoiding the noise of the main city. Our office is a simple building that doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside, it’s filled with computers, tangled wires, and old coffee mugs. We’ve been here for a while now. We aren't interested in being some big fancy firm. We just like building websites and fixing things online. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the area well. We don't have a marketing department to write pretty things about us. We just tell people where we are and what we do. The office usually has a few piles of papers and half-empty water bottles lying around. It’s a real workplace, not a showroom. We get together in the mornings to talk about what needs to be fixed or built. Then we just get to it. Sometimes we stay late and order some food, and other days we finish early if the work is done. It’s a flexible way of working that suits our small team. We don't have any formal meetings or big presentations. We just talk across the desks. It’s a humble spot, but it’s where all our work happens. In the winter, the sun hits the front window just right and makes the room feel warm. We usually take turns bringing in snacks for the afternoon break.
