Apex Technology Group Inc. is based out of Dehradun, specifically at 39/7 A Tagore Colony. It’s a nice enough area to work in, especially when the weather is clear and you can see the hills in the distance. Our office is fairly simple. We have our servers and our workstations set up in a way that makes sense for the projects we’re doing. Tagore Colony is a residential-feeling place, so it doesn’t feel like you’re trapped in a giant industrial zone. We have a few rooms dedicated to different parts of the tech work we handle. It’s not uncommon to see someone fixing a hardware issue on one desk while another person is writing code right next to them. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We spend a lot of time looking at screens, so we try to take breaks and walk around a bit. The local shops are just a short walk away if we need anything. It’s a steady environment where we don’t try to be something we’re not. We just focus on the technology and making sure things run the way they’re supposed to. Being in Dehradun gives the place a slightly slower pace than a city like Delhi, which most of us actually prefer. It's just a regular group of people working together in a quiet corner of the city.
