Ampran Technologies Private Limited is based out of Ganeshpur, specifically at 61/1 along the Shimla Bypass Road. If you’ve ever driven that way, you know it gets plenty of traffic with all the trucks and buses heading out of Dehradun. Our office is right there. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our equipment and desks. It isn't the quietest spot because of the road noise, but we got used to it pretty fast. We are just a group of people who know their way around technology. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. Most of us wear multiple hats. One day we might be fixing a server issue, and the next we are just organizing files. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but we manage to stay on top of things. We usually have lunch together at the big table in the back. There’s a small shop down the street where we get our snacks. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. The winters here get a bit chilly, so we usually have a small heater running near our feet. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for everyone to reach. Sometimes the monkeys come onto the roof, which makes a lot of noise, but it's just how it is. We keep extra umbrellas by the door because the weather changes fast here.
