It’s a fairly well-known part of Dehradun. Our office is basically a few rooms converted into a workspace. It’s nothing fancy, just a lot of computers, some desks that have seen better days, and a lot of notebooks. We call ourselves associates because that’s really what we are—a group of people working together on various tech projects. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't have a front desk or a security guard. If the door is unlocked, you just walk in. We spend our days mostly troubleshooting and building things. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with paperwork and extra monitors, but we know where everything is. We like being on GMS Road because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. It’s a busy road, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’d rather just focus on the task at hand and get it done right. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most of us have been here for a while, so it’s a comfortable routine. We just show up, do the tech work, and go about our lives. There is no need to make it more complicated than that. It works for us.
