Mirasol Lake & Restaurant

Mirasol Lake & Restaurant is part of the Mirasol Waterpark and Resort area in Daman. Our location is in Kadaiya Village, which is a bit away from the main town center. We are situated near the lake, so there is usually a bit of water to look at while we work. It’s a big property and we have to spend a lot of time walking from one end to the other to keep things moving. Daman gets quite hot, so being near the waterpark is a bit of a relief sometimes. We have been working here for a long time and we know the village and the resort very well. Most of the staff comes from nearby areas. We don't have a corporate office or a big management team telling us what to do every minute. We just know our jobs and we do them. The restaurant has a lot of space, and we spend a lot of our morning just cleaning the floors and setting the tables. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the weekend crowds come from the city. During the week, it’s much quieter and we can catch up on maintenance. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just run a restaurant by a lake in a village. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way. Most people find us through the waterpark entrance or the resort signs.
