We've been here on the Vapi Somnath Main Road for a while now. If you're looking for us, we are right above Prince Wines in Dabhel. It's a busy spot but we try to keep things steady inside. Most people around Nani Daman know where we are. We mostly just cook what we know, focusing on the kind of food families like to sit down with on a weekend or after a long day at work. The kitchen stays pretty active from morning until late. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It's just chairs, tables, and the smell of the stove going. Some days are louder than others, especially when the big groups come in from the main road. We just do our thing. Our staff is mostly local guys who’ve been with us through the seasons. We don't really do big speeches about what we do. If you're hungry and nearby, you just walk up the stairs and find a seat. It gets a bit hot sometimes, but that’s just how it is here. We make sure the water is cold and the plates are clean. That's about the long and short of it. No need to make it more complicated than it needs to be. Just a regular place for regular people to eat some food and head back home. We are just doing the work we have to do.
