Daman Dhara Family Restaurant & Bar

We run Daman Dhara Family Restaurant & Bar over on Athiyawad Road in the Dabhel area of Daman. Daman is a unique place because it has that coastal feel but also a lot of industry nearby. Our spot is set up to handle families and people looking for a drink after a long day of work. Dabhel is a busy part of town with a lot of people moving around for jobs. We have been on Athiyawad Road for a bit and we have seen how the area has grown. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, nothing too stiff or formal. We just want people to feel okay when they sit down. The restaurant and bar are kept separate enough so everyone is comfortable. We don’t go in for fancy advertisements or anything. We just keep the lights on and the kitchen going. Some nights are busier than others, especially on the weekends when people are off work. The weather in Daman can get quite salty and humid because of the sea being close, but we have our fans and space set up. We see a lot of the same faces every week, which is nice. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things right in our corner of 396210. We don’t have a big mission statement, just the daily work of running a restaurant and bar in Dabhel. It's a lot of work to keep up with the cleaning and the orders, but we do our best. Usually, it's the evening shift that keeps us the most occupied.
