Daman Delite Restaurant

Daman Delite Restaurant is tucked inside Hotel Gurukripa on Sea Face Road. We are over in the Nani Daman area. If you walk along the sea, you will eventually find us. The address says Gunnavante Nani, but most people just look for the hotel sign. It is usually quite humid here because of the ocean being so close. We have been serving food here for a long time. The tables are basic and the menu is just stuff we know how to cook well. We do not have a fancy chef with a tall hat. It is just a few of us in the kitchen making sure the orders go out on time. The restaurant can get a bit loud when the fans are running full speed and the dinner crowd shows up. We don't spend much on decorations or pretty lights. Most people come here because they are staying in the hotel or they are just passing by on Sea Face Road. We have some regulars who have been coming for years, and we know exactly what they want to eat before they even sit down. It is a simple operation. We open up in the morning, clean the floors, and start the prep work. Daman is a small place in some ways, so everyone kind of knows where everyone else is. We just keep our heads down and keep the kitchen running.
