We do not have a massive staff, just a few local women who know what they are doing. It is the kind of place where people come to chat as much as they do to get their hair done. We have the usual equipment, nothing too high-tech or fancy. It is a practical space for busy women. We have painted the walls a few times, but it is mostly just a simple, clean environment. We do not do big advertisements; most people just see our sign or hear about us from a friend. Being in R S Puram is nice because it is a good community. We see a lot of the same people every month.
