A L Hairlines (Saloons & Beauty Parlours)

A L Hairlines is located right on Palakkad Road in the Madukkarai area of Coimbatore. We are situated at number 76, which is quite close to the Masaniamman Temple. Being near the temple means there is always some movement outside on the street. Our shop is a standard setup with the usual chairs and mirrors you find in any local saloon or beauty parlour around here. We spend our days mostly doing hair cuts, shaves, and basic beauty work for people in the neighborhood. The space isn't very large but it serves the purpose. On hot afternoons, the ceiling fan is always going to keep the air moving. We have a small bench for people to sit on while they wait their turn. Sometimes neighbors just stop by to say hello while they are out running errands. The road outside can get dusty, so we spend a fair bit of time sweeping the entrance. It’s a simple life here. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or they saw the shop while going to the temple. We open up early enough and stay until the light fades in the evening. Most of our tools are basic things we've used for a long time. It’s just a place where you can come to get your hair trimmed or your face cleaned up without much fuss. We like the regular rhythm of the days in Madukkarai.
