Agaram Beauty Parlour

Our parlour is located at 1391 A on Sathy Road in the Ganapathy area of Coimbatore. It is a busy stretch of road, especially with the Bsnl office right across from us and Deccan Pumps nearby. You can hear the constant hum of vehicles passing by all day long. Agaram Beauty Parlour is a place for the local women to come and get away from that noise for a little while. We started this small business because there weren't many places nearby that felt simple and welcoming. We do all the usual things like threading, waxing, and hair trims. The room isn't very large, but we have made it work. We have a few curtains for privacy and some shelves for our supplies. Most of our customers are women who work in the nearby offices or live in the houses behind the main road. They usually come in during their lunch breaks or in the evening on their way back home. We don't have a big staff, so sometimes there is a wait, but we have some magazines and we usually end up just chatting about the day. The heat in Coimbatore can be tough on the skin, so we get a lot of people asking for simple clean-ups. We aren't trying to be a high-end salon. We just provide a straightforward service for regular people at prices that make sense for this neighborhood. It is a good way to earn a living.
