Our little place is located right on Ammasai Konar Street here in Kuppakonanpudur. We have been at this spot, No 5, for some time now. It is a simple setup because we wanted to keep things practical for the people living around K K Pudur. Most of the folks who walk in are our neighbors who need a quick haircut or maybe something for their skin. We don't have those big flashy signs or anything like that. It is just a regular shop where you can sit down and relax for a bit. The chairs are comfortable enough and we keep the mirrors clean. Coimbatore gets quite dusty, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down. Usually, it is just one or two of us working. We know most of our customers by their first names. It is nice because we hear all the local news while we work. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the traffic go by. Other days, like during the wedding season, we are on our feet from morning until late at night. We don't really do anything fancy or use complicated machines. It is just honest work with our hands. If you are walking down the street near the corner, you will see us. We try to keep the atmosphere calm so people don't feel rushed. It is just a small local business trying to do things right for the community.
