Swathika Beauty Parlour & Training Center

We run Swathika Beauty Parlour & Training Center at 18 Priya Complex. This is on Madukkarai Road in the Sundarapuram area of Coimbatore. We are right across from Abinand Hospital, which is a big landmark here. Our place is a bit different because we don't just do beauty treatments; we also have a training center. We teach local girls and women how to do hair and beauty work so they can find jobs. It is often quite busy with students practicing and customers coming in for services. The shop is located inside the complex, so it’s not right on the street. We have been here for a number of years. It’s a working environment, so it’s not always perfectly tidy, but we get things done. We don't have a big corporate structure or any fancy titles. We are just a group of people working and learning together. The hospital being across the road means there are always people moving about. We handle everything from basic cuts to more involved training sessions. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with everyone talking at once. We don't use any slick marketing language. We just provide a place for people to get their hair done and for others to learn a trade. It’s a practical, local business in Sundarapuram. We just keep going day by day and try to help our students learn the basics.
