Suriya Home Products

Our place, Suriya Home Products, is tucked away at 4/77-10 in Kumaran Nagar. It’s in the Patchapalayam Kurumbapalayam area. We aren’t on a big main road, so mostly it’s just people who live nearby who find us. We deal with things you need for the house—buckets, cleaning supplies, kitchen stuff, that kind of thing. It’s a bit of a mix of everything. The space is a little cramped because we try to fit a lot in, so you have to watch your step sometimes. We don’t have a big staff, so if we’re in the back moving boxes, you might have to give us a shout to let us know you’re there. It’s a quiet way to make a living. We don't have any polished sales pitches or anything like that. If you need a mop or a new pot, we probably have one somewhere in here. We spend a lot of time dusting things off because the area can get a bit windy. It’s not a fancy showroom, just a practical shop for practical things. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on changing much. We just keep track of what people ask for and try to keep it in the shop. It’s just us doing our thing in Kumaran Nagar, and that seems to work out okay for everyone.
