We are located at 76, Bharathi Park, over in the 7th Cross of Saibaba Colony. It’s a nice part of town, a bit more residential and quiet than the main commercial hubs. At Crossfield Water Purifier, we spend our days dealing with filters, membranes, and all the little parts that go into keeping water clean. Our office is a simple one, with a small area where we keep some of the units on display and a bigger space in the back for repairs and assembly. It’s not a high-tech showroom by any means. We’ve got boxes stacked in the corners and tools on the counters. People from around the colony often walk in just to ask a quick question about their machines at home. We’re a small group, and we usually handle everything from answering the phone to going out on service calls ourselves. It keeps us busy. Sometimes we sit out front for a bit when it's quiet to get some fresh air from the park nearby. We don't have any big corporate slogans or polished marketing materials. We just know how these machines work and we spend our time fixing them or setting up new ones. It’s a very straightforward way of working, and being in Saibaba Colony makes it feel like we are just part of the local neighborhood.
