You can find us at Room No.19 in the United Building, right here in Coimbatore. Our postcode is 641009, and we’ve been in this building for quite a while. It’s a fairly central location, so there is always a lot of coming and going in the hallways. The United Building itself has a lot of character, though it’s not exactly a modern skyscraper. Our room is just a basic office space. We have our desks, our phones, and a lot of ledgers and files stacked up. Since we are in Tamil Nadu, it gets pretty warm, so we have a few fans going all day to keep the air moving. We handle a lot of the local service and sales coordination for the brand. It’s not a very glamorous job, mostly just talking to people and making sure the technicians know where they are going. We don't have a big staff, just a handful of us who know the routine. We don't use any fancy talk or marketing pitches in our daily work. We just try to stay organized and answer the phone when it rings. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy with all the other businesses, but we just keep our heads down and focus. It’s a small, practical office where we do honest work every day. We know the other people in the building and it feels like a little community.
