We spend a lot of time around tractors and heavy equipment. The yard is often full of machines waiting for repairs or ready to be moved out to a new owner. It gets pretty loud here with the engines running and tools clanking against metal. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. The dust from the road is a bit of a nuisance, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our staff knows their way around an engine, and they aren't afraid to get their hands greasy during the day. It’s honest work and we like it that way. Farmers come by from all over the district because they need their equipment in working order for the harvest season. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights and carpets. It’s more of a functional space with concrete floors and plenty of spare parts lying around in bins. We try to keep things moving so nobody is left waiting too long for a fix. It’s a busy life on Mettupalayam Road. Sometimes we share a meal together in the back when things slow down for a minute. We just do our jobs and try to be helpful. That’s what we’ve always done.
