Dharmendra

My name is Dharmendra and I run this place right on Thadgam Road. If you know where the G. C. T Staff Quarters are, we are right across from there. It’s a handy spot for people coming and going from the quarters or just driving down the main road. I’ve lived around here for a long time, so setting up shop in this area made sense. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others helping out. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a room filled with the things people usually need in a hurry. Sometimes the traffic on Thadgam Road gets pretty loud, but you get used to it after a while. I try to keep things simple. If someone needs something and I have it, I get it for them. The building is older, and the sign might be a bit faded from the sun, but we are open most days. People drop in to chat or pick up a few items on their way home. It’s not a huge operation, just a local business trying to stay busy. I spend most of my day behind the counter or checking the stock in the back. It’s a straightforward life. We keep the doors open and wait for the regulars to stop by. That’s how it’s been for years now. I don't see myself moving anywhere else anytime soon. It's just home.
