If you’re looking for us, we’re at 264 Dr. Nanjappa Road. It’s a well-known road, so we get a lot of people just stopping in. We’ve got a lot of hardware and various tools packed into this space. It’s the kind of place where you have to know where things are, otherwise, you’ll be searching for a while. We carry everything from simple hand tools to more specific hardware items that are harder to find. The shelves are pretty full and sometimes things are stacked a bit high. It’s not a big corporate hardware store; it’s more of a traditional shop. We know most of our regular customers by name. They come in for a specific bolt or a new drill bit and we usually have a quick chat while we find it for them. We spend a lot of our time unpacking boxes and putting things on the shelves. It’s a bit dusty sometimes, but that’s hardware for you. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for people to come in with their lists. We try to be helpful and give honest advice if someone isn't sure which tool they need.
