S. K. Machines

S. K. Machines is located at No. 166 Savitri Nagar, right in the Vinayagapuram area of Saravanampatti. It’s a place where there’s usually the sound of metal or some motor running in the background. We work with machinery, which means things can get pretty greasy and loud. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. We’re mostly in our overalls, fixing parts or assembling units. The workshop is a bit cluttered with tools and spare parts, but we know where everything is, mostly. We’ve been in Saravanampatti for a good while, and folks around Savitri Nagar know us as the place to go when something mechanical needs looking at. We aren't some high-tech factory; we do a lot of the work by hand and rely on what we've learned over the years. Some days the machines cooperate, and some days they don't, which is just the nature of the beast. We take our time to get things right because rushing usually leads to mistakes. It’s a small team, just a few of us who enjoy tinkering and making things work. We open up early and usually stay until the last job of the day is finished. It’s basic, honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else.
