Ranga Water Supply

Ranga Water Supply is based out of Vannarapalikadu in the Sunniyasikundu area, specifically at number 26. This is a quiet part of town compared to the main centers, but we stay busy enough with our daily rounds. Our main work is getting water to where it needs to go, which means our trucks are almost always on the move. We start very early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool, filling up the tanks and checking the routes for the day. The roads around Sunniyasikundu can be a bit bumpy, so we have to be careful with the vehicles. It is not the kind of job where you wear a suit; we are usually in old clothes that can handle getting splashed or greasy from the truck engines. The office is just a small room where we keep the keys and the schedule on a whiteboard. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People around here just know us by word of mouth or by seeing our trucks passing through the streets every day. It is hard work, especially when the weather is hot and everyone is asking for more water than usual. We just try to keep up with the demand and make sure we don't miss anyone on the list. It is a basic service but someone has to do it, and we have been at it for a while now.
