Nest Play School

Nest Play School is tucked away at No 15/8N in the Bdo Colony in Sulur. We are part of the Coimbatore 641402 community. It’s a residential kind of area, which makes it feel a bit more like home for the kids. The school isn't very big. It’s just a house that we’ve converted to fit the needs of a play school. We have some toys in the front area and the rooms are painted with bright colors. It’s not a polished corporate facility. There are scuff marks on the walls and toys sometimes end up in the wrong places. We spend our mornings playing, singing, and learning basic things. The teachers are mostly local women who have kids of their own. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our families live right here in Sulur. They walk their kids over in the morning. It can get a bit hectic when everyone is arriving at once. We try to keep things simple and honest. The kids seem happy enough and that’s the main thing. We have a small sand pit out back and a few swings. It’s a modest place. We just take it one day at a time and look after the little ones who come through our door. Sometimes we have small snacks together before the parents come to pick them up at noon.
