We've been here at Old No 49 on K R K Street for a while now. Most folks in Krishnaswamy Nagar know the spot. It’s right there in the 2nd Layout. Every morning starts about the same, getting the rooms ready before the first parents pull up in Ramanathapuram. We mostly just focus on keeping things running smooth for the little ones. It gets noisy sometimes, but that is just how it is when you have kids running around all day. Coimbatore weather can be a bit much, but we keep the place tidy and comfortable. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we see the families at the market or just walking down the street. We don't do anything too fancy. Just day-to-day work, making sure the kids are okay and the space is safe. Sometimes we have to fix a toy or move the furniture around to make more room. It's a busy life. We try to keep the gate shut and the floors clean. There is always someone checking the registers or talking to a parent about a lost shoe. If you are looking for us, look for the building with the sign near the corner of New No 20. We are usually here until the late afternoon when the last bus leaves. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy and the neighborhood feels like home to us. It isn't always perfect, but we like the noise and the energy that comes with the job.
