Care Play School

Care Play School is located at Building Number 5 on Mela Theru, right near the Uit College Road in Perianaickenpalayam. Since it is a play school, we deal with very small children who are just starting out. The rooms are filled with toys and colorful mats on the floor. It’s a noisy place, as you can imagine with toddlers around. We spend our days watching over them while they play and learn how to share. It isn't a formal academic environment because they are too young for that. We just make sure they are safe and having a bit of fun while their parents are at work. The building is small and feels more like a home than a school. We have a little area where they can nap if they get tired. Being in Coimbatore, it can get warm, but we keep the fans going. Mela Theru is a decent spot, not too much heavy traffic right in front of the door. We know all the kids by name and their parents too. It’s a very personal way of doing things. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who like working with children. Sometimes we have to deal with tantrums or spilled juice, but that’s just how it goes with this age group. We just take it one day at a time here.
