Nalanda Lower Primary School

Nalanda Lower Primary School is situated at No 70 on Dr Alagappa Road in the Tatabad area of Coimbatore. Since we are a lower primary school, our days are filled with younger children who are just starting out with their education. The building is a simple one, and we try to keep it organized so the little ones don't get lost or overwhelmed. Tatabad is a central part of the city, so it is quite convenient for the parents who live or work nearby. We spend a lot of our time teaching the basics like reading and writing, and there is always the sound of kids reciting their lessons or singing songs. Our classrooms are bright, and we have small chairs and tables that are just the right size for the students. We don't have a massive playground, but there is enough space for them to move around during their breaks. The staff here is very patient because working with small children requires a lot of energy and a calm head. We follow a regular schedule that includes plenty of breaks because kids that age can’t sit still for too long. It is a very local feel here, and many of the families have been sending their kids to us for years. We just keep things moving along, making sure everyone is safe and learning what they need to know each day.
