My Bachpan Play School

If you walk down Cowley Brown Road in R S Puram, you’ll find us tucked away. My Bachpan Play School is usually filled with the sound of kids shouting and running around, which I guess is what you’d expect from a place like this. Coimbatore can get pretty warm, so we try to keep the rooms as cool as we can for the little ones. It’s a small setup, nothing like those big international chains you see everywhere now. We have some colorful mats on the floor and plenty of plastic toys that have definitely been chewed on a few times. The staff here are mostly local ladies who live nearby and have kids of their own. We don't have fancy brochures or a big marketing team. Mostly, people just hear about us from their neighbors or see us when they’re walking to the shops nearby. Dealing with toddlers all day is exhausting, to be honest, but it’s also quite a bit of fun when they finally learn to share their toys or sit still for a story. The walls are covered in drawings that don't really look like anything specific, but the kids are proud of them, so we leave them up. We keep the gate locked during the day for safety, but parents are always dropping by to check in. It's just a regular part of the neighborhood here in RS Puram.
