Manigandan Salon

Manigandan Salon is right by the Coffee Kadai Stop on Sathy Main Road. We are in Saravanampatti, which is a busy part of Coimbatore these days. Being so close to the Coffee Kadai Bus Stop means there are always people moving around outside our door. We set up this salon because we saw a lot of people in Saravanampatti who needed a reliable place for a haircut. The Sathy Main Road is a main artery for the city, so it’s never really quiet. We have a few chairs and big mirrors. It is nothing too special to look at, but we do the job right. We get a lot of students from the colleges nearby and also people who work in the IT parks around here. They usually want something quick so they can get back to their schedules. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a few plastic chairs. Sometimes we have the news on the small television in the corner. It’s a local spot where you don't have to dress up just to get a haircut. We know the bus timings pretty well by now because we see the crowds growing and shrinking at the stop outside. Manigandan Salon is just a part of the daily life on Sathy Main Road. We keep the floor swept and the tools ready for whoever walks in next. It’s just how we run things in Saravanampatti.
