Our place is at 16 Sakthieswar Nagar in the Vellalore area of Coimbatore. We are situated in Mahalingapuram, right near the bus stop. It makes it easy for people to reach us even if they don't live right in this neighborhood. The shop is a small, honest business. We have been here for a while and we know the rhythms of the street. When the bus stops nearby, we see the crowd of people getting off and on. Inside, we keep things very practical. There are a couple of stations for hair and beauty work. We don't have expensive furniture, just sturdy chairs that do the job. The floors are easy to clean, which is good because we are always working with different products. We try to keep the atmosphere calm, even when it’s busy. Coimbatore can be quite warm, so we make sure the space stays as cool as possible for whoever is sitting in the chair. Most of our customers are women from the local area who have been coming to us for years. We know their families and they know ours. It’s that kind of place. We don't put much effort into marketing; we just focus on the work we are doing right now. If someone needs their hair done or a bit of threading, they know where to find us.
