Gowri Beauty Parlour And Blouse Embiroidery

Our place is a bit different because we do both beauty work and blouse embroidery. You can find us at 4/94A Manikaservai Vidhi in Kurichi, Sundarapuram. We are right opposite the Government Provision store. It’s a busy little spot in Coimbatore. Inside, you’ll see sewing machines on one side and a beauty chair on the other. It might look a bit crowded to some, but it works for us. We spend our mornings stitching patterns and our afternoons doing facials or threading. It’s a lot of manual work. My eyes get tired from the fine embroidery, but then I get to switch to something else. People come to us when they have a wedding or a festival coming up. They want their blouse done and their hair fixed in one place. We don't have fancy brochures. People just bring us a design they saw or tell us what they need. Sometimes we run out of a certain color of thread and have to go find it. The shop is full of fabric scraps and the smell of jasmine sometimes. It’s a real working shop, not a showroom. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in town. We just want to do a good job so people come back. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it for years now and we appreciate all our customers from across Coimbatore.
