Femina Family Salon & Spa

We are located over at A.M.I. Mid Town in R S Puram. Our shop is on the third floor, number two. It’s a family salon and spa, so we get parents bringing their kids in, and then staying for something themselves. Being on the third floor makes it a bit quieter than being right on the street level, which is nice. We have several rooms for different things, but it’s all pretty basic stuff. No fancy gold-plated faucets here. Just good sinks and comfortable enough chairs. We spend a lot of time mixing colors and washing out bowls. The spa part of the shop is where we try to keep things a bit more relaxed, but with a family salon, there’s usually some noise from children. We don't mind it. It’s a local business, and we know many of the families who come in. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming in for their own adult haircuts. It’s just us doing our daily work, keeping the towels folded and the floors swept. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but people still make their way up to see us. It’s not a perfect place, but it’s our place, and we work hard to keep it running for everyone in the neighborhood. We just do what we do without any big fuss or complicated rules. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door, but we just handle it as it comes.
