Our office is located at Number 40 in the Everest Quarters here in Coimbatore. If you're familiar with this part of Tamil Nadu, you'll know it's a busy area. We operate out of this space, handling the service and maintenance for Eureka Forbes equipment. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big showroom or shiny windows. It’s mostly just desks, spare parts, and tools. Our team is usually out on the road for most of the day, visiting homes and offices to fix water purifiers or check on vacuum cleaners. The traffic in Coimbatore can be a bit much at times, so we spend a lot of time coordinating over the phone to make sure nobody is waiting too long. We try to be as practical as possible. If a filter is dirty, we change it. If a motor is gone, we replace it. No big speeches or complicated explanations. We’ve been in the Everest Quarters for a while, and the locals seem to know where to find us. We keep a stock of the most common parts on hand so we don't have to wait for deliveries from elsewhere. It’s a busy life, but we like the pace of it. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure the machines we look after are doing their job for the people who live here. We’ve been at Number 40 for a long time now.
