Dora Kids Play School

Dora Kids Play School is at No. 7/G, in the Illango Nagar Extension of Kidmampakam. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that makes it a little quieter for the kids. We have a small house that we turned into a school. It’s got a few rooms and a little yard. We aren't a big corporation or a fancy private school. We are just a small group of people who started this because the neighborhood needed it. Most of the parents are our neighbors. We don't have a big budget for fancy equipment, so we use what we have. There’s a swing set in the back that we painted ourselves last summer. The floors are just regular tiles that we mop every morning. We don't use any marketing speak because we don't really know how. We just tell people where we are and what we do. Sometimes the street gets a bit flooded when it rains heavily, but we manage to keep the inside dry. We spend our days teaching the kids songs and playing games. It’s a very simple setup. We don't have a website or anything like that, just this address. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us sweeping the front porch or talking to a parent at the gate. It’s just a normal, everyday play school for the people who live around here.
