If you look for P. B. No. 3910, you’ll find us at No. 83 in Chinny's Chamber. We are right on Dr. Nanjappa Road, and a good landmark is the Sony Erriscion Service Center nearby. We have been working with all sorts of instruments for a long time. People come in looking for specific tools or measuring things, and we try to help them find what they need. The office isn't very large, so it’s packed with shelves and boxes. It’s often a bit of a mess with manuals and spare parts lying around on the benches. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make things look pretty for photos. It’s just us, working on the technical stuff and talking to customers who usually know exactly what they are looking for. The traffic on Nanjappa Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. We’ve been in Chinny's Chamber so long that we know all the other tenants and the security guards by name. It’s a steady kind of business. We don't go for big flashy displays. Instead, we just focus on the equipment and making sure the numbers on the screen are right. If a machine isn't working, we spend time looking at it until it does. It’s quiet work mostly, interrupted by the sounds of the main road outside and the occasional visitor.
