Beauty Land

We’ve been running Beauty Land here on Nehru Street in Rathinapuri for a good while now. Most folks find us easily because we’re right opposite Valarmathi Maligai, which is a busy little spot. Coimbatore is a big city but this corner feels like home to us. It’s just a regular shop where we do what we do every day. People come in from the neighborhood, sometimes just to say hi or wait for their turn. The chairs aren't fancy or anything, but they work fine. We spend most of our mornings getting the place ready before the first person walks through the door. It’s usually quiet early on, then it picks up around lunch time. Living and working in Rathinapuri means we see the same faces often, which is nice. There’s no big sign with flashing lights, just our name on the front of the building. We keep things pretty straightforward here. Sometimes the traffic on Nehru Street gets a bit loud, especially near the grocery store across from us, but you get used to it after a week. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a couple of us making sure everything stays clean and organized. If you’re walking past Valarmathi Maligai, you’ll see us right there at number one. We try to keep the door open when the weather is decent. It’s not a complicated setup, just a local place where we spend our hours. Nothing more to it than that, really.
