Kidzee Pre School

Our place is tucked away at 19-12-20, right in the Bairagipatteda Post Office Lane. If you know the Bairagi Patteda area, you’ve probably walked past our gate once or twice. It’s a quiet enough lane. We don’t have to deal with too much heavy traffic right at the doorstep. At Kidzee Pre School, we just keep things basic. The building has been here for a bit. We’ve set up the rooms with the usual stuff you’d find in a place for kids. There are little chairs and some posters on the walls. We have plenty of plastic crates for the toys. I usually spend my time checking the supplies. I make sure the water bottles are filled up too. It’s not a fancy operation. We are just a regular preschool run by people who live nearby. We see the same faces every day. There are parents dropping off their kids. Then there are post office workers going about their business. The routine is the same most mornings. We get the kids settled. Maybe we do some drawing or singing. Then we wait for the snack break. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is here at once. But we make it work. The lane is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a trick. Everyone in the neighborhood is used to it by now though. We are just here doing our job. We look after the kids as best as we can.
