Chigariya Primary School

Chigariya Primary School is situated near the Colony Gate on Bangalore Road. This is in Madanapalle, specifically the 517325 area. Being on Bangalore Road and near the Bengloura Road stretch means we see a lot of people passing through on their way to other places. The school itself is a humble spot. We focus on the primary years, so we have the younger children from the local neighborhoods. The Colony Gate is a good landmark for people trying to find us. The school grounds are simple, with enough room for the kids to run around during their breaks. Madanapalle can be quite pleasant, and we enjoy the breeze when it comes through. Our staff is mostly made up of people who have lived here their whole lives. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or complicated systems. It’s mostly just books, paper, and talking to the kids. The building is older, with thick walls that stay cool even when the sun is out. We keep the place tidy, but it definitely looks lived-in. There is a sense of routine that everyone follows. We open the gate, the kids come in, we do the lessons, and then everyone goes home. It’s a basic way of doing things, but it’s how we’ve always operated. We don't see any reason to change what works for the families in this part of Madanapalle. Every day is pretty much like the one before, and we are quite alright with that.
