St. Lawrence High School

We are located on the second floor of the NTC Building right on M G Road in Chikmagalur. It is a busy spot, being right in the middle of everything. If you walk up the stairs, you’ll find St. Lawrence High School bustling with activity. Having a school inside a commercial building like this is a bit different, but it works for us. The windows look out over the main road, so there is always the sound of traffic and people going about their business downstairs. Inside, it’s a series of rooms where we hold our classes. We try to keep things organized, though with so many students in one space, it gets a little cramped sometimes. The hallways are narrow, and you have to be careful when the classes change over. We spend our days teaching and making sure the kids stay on track with their studies. It’s a practical setup for a school in this part of town. Being on M G Road means we are close to everything, which is handy for parents who work nearby. We don’t have a big playground on the premises, so we make do with what we have for sports and activities. It’s an honest sort of place where hard work is more important than looking flashy or having a big gate. We've been in this building for quite some time now and it feels like home to all of us who work here every day.
