Zoon Apparels Private Limited is our business, and we are located at 9/380 on Murugampalayam Main Road. That’s over in Lakshmi Nagar in Tirupur. The zip code is 641605. Tirupur is a big place for clothing, so there are shops and factories everywhere you look. We are just one of many, really. Our building is right on the main road, so it’s easy for the delivery trucks to pull up, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We do a lot of the work ourselves, from picking out the materials to checking the final shirts before they go out. It’s usually pretty loud in here because of the machines running, but that’s just the sound of work getting done. We have a small group of people who have been with us since we opened. We aren’t trying to change the world or anything, we just like making clothes and running our own show. Sometimes we make mistakes with the orders and have to redo them, which is frustrating, but it happens to everyone. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything. It’s just a practical space with concrete floors and lots of boxes. If you’re ever in Lakshmi Nagar, you might see us taking a break outside in the shade. We’re just regular people working hard in the garment industry. It's a tough business, but we enjoy the challenge of it every day.
