We’ve been operating from this specific spot for a while, and it has become like a second home to most of us who work here. The street outside, Pound Street, is always humming with some kind of activity, whether it's people going to work or local vendors moving their carts. Our office at 1/126a is nothing too special to look at from the outside, but inside we are always busy. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth that comes with importing and exporting goods. It involves a lot of patience and a lot of phone calls. We have a few desks squeezed into the main room, and the back area is mostly for storage and packing things up. Sometimes it feels a bit tight, especially when a new shipment arrives, but we make it work. The proximity to Rajiv Gandhi Halai is great for getting around, even if the traffic can be a nightmare during the rush hours. We don't really bother with big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We value those long-term connections more than anything else. It is a straightforward business where we focus on being reliable and getting things where they need to go. We might not have the most modern office on the block, but we definitely work hard.
