ZEEMRAH ENTERPRISES is based in Mylapore at 13A/1, Aarthi Archade. The building is also known as New No.114 on Dr.Radhakrishnan Salai. We are directly opposite the AVM Rajeshwari Kalyani Mandapam. If there’s a big wedding going on across the street, the whole road gets packed with cars and people in fancy clothes. It’s quite a sight from our office window. Our space in the arcade is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of paperwork. We’ve been operating out of this part of Chennai for a while. Mylapore has a specific feel to it, very traditional but busy. We spend our mornings responding to inquiries and getting things sorted for the day. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just do our work and talk to our neighbors in the arcade. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup. We don't have any big slogans. We’re just a small group of people running an enterprise. We like the location because it’s easy to tell people where we are—just look for the mandapam. The walk to the local tea shop is short, which is a plus. We try to stay on top of everything, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. That’s just life in a small office. We appreciate the area and the people we meet here every day.
