Sri Rudhrasaai Agency is located in the Puzhal area. We are right behind the Maruthi showroom on Kambar Street. It’s a quiet pocket of Thandal Kazhani. We started here because the rent was okay and it’s close to the main road for logistics. The Maruthi showroom is a big help when we give directions to people. Otherwise, they get lost in the lanes of Balaji Nagar. We handle different kinds of products as an agency. It’s mostly paperwork and coordinating with trucks. The office at No. 517/1 isn't huge. We have a few desks and a lot of files stacked everywhere. You can hear the traffic from the bypass sometimes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs right and go home. We know our regulars by name. Sometimes we sit outside when the power goes out. It happens quite often in the summer. The staff here is small. We all know how to do everything. If someone is sick, someone else picks up the slack. That’s how a small business works. We don’t have fancy slogans. We just get the stock in and send it out. It’s honest work. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking coffee or arguing about the local news. We like it here in Puzhal. It feels like home after all these years of working on Kambar Street.
