Akshaya Enterprises

We operate out of No. 34 Ambika Nagar in Madamabakkam. Akshaya Enterprises is a small setup, nothing too fancy. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which is nice for working. We have a small office where we handle all our business. There are shelves against the walls where we keep our supplies and files. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. We handle a variety of things depending on what's needed. Sometimes it feels like we’re constantly juggling different tasks. The front door is usually open to let in some air, and we know most of the people who walk by. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. It’s just a local business trying to do things right. We have a small table for visitors, though it usually has some papers on it. The routine is pretty steady. We come in early, get the coffee started, and go through the list of things to do. Madamabakkam is a good place to be, and Ambika Nagar has a friendly feel to it. We don't have any big signs or advertisements. People mostly find us by word of mouth. The street outside is lined with trees, so it stays relatively cool during the day. We have a few chairs out front where we sit for a bit in the evening. It’s a good way to wind down. We don't have any fancy software, just some simple spreadsheets and notebooks that keep us organized.
