Womens Christian College

Our college is located right on College Road, near Greames Road. It’s an old place with a lot of trees and buildings that have been around for a long time. People usually know the area because of the hospital nearby, but we’ve got our own quiet corner here. The gates open early in the morning, and the girls start coming in for their classes. We have different departments spread out across the campus. It’s mostly just a regular day-to-day routine here. Some students are sitting under the trees reading, and others are rushing to catch a lecture. The staff keeps things running, handling the admissions and making sure the classrooms are ready. It gets pretty lively during the breaks when everyone heads to the canteen or just hangs out in the corridors. We don’t really try to be anything we’re not. It’s a place for education, and that’s what happens here every day. The weather can get hot, but the shade from the old trees helps a lot. We’ve had generations of students pass through these halls, and the place hasn’t changed all that much in its bones. You’ll see people from all over the city coming here. It’s just a part of the local landscape on Greames Road. We keep the registers updated and the grounds clean as best as we can. It’s a busy life inside these walls. There is always something to do, but we like the pace.
