Gurusankar is a small place over in Nakshipuram, Rajapalayam. We have been operating out of No. 14-Ad for quite some time now. It’s a quiet area, but we stay busy with our daily routines. Most of what we do involves dealing with the locals and making sure we have what they are looking for in stock. I usually open up early in the morning before the sun gets too high. There is no big team here, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy decorations. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't stop us from doing our jobs. Often, neighbors just stop by for a quick chat while they are out running errands. It’s that kind of neighborhood where everyone knows each other’s names. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the small desk in the corner. If a shipment is late, we just wait it out and let people know. It isn’t a high-pressure environment, which is how we like it. We focus on being consistent and showing up every day. Life in Rajapalayam moves at its own pace, and we just move along with it. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some tasks, but usually, we head home once the street lights come on. It’s an honest way to earn a living without making a big fuss about it.
