If you're looking for us, we’re in the Prince Arcade, right across from Khazana Jewellery on Cathedral Road. It's number 56. We’ve been here at Witco Gopalapuram for quite some time. We sell bags and suitcases mostly. It's the kind of place where people come when they're planning a trip, which is always nice to hear about. We see a lot of families and people going off on business. The shop isn't massive, but we pack a lot of stuff in there. Sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze to get between the displays, but we manage. We aren't big on those high-pressure sales tactics. If you want to open every suitcase and check the wheels, go ahead. We’ve seen it all. The traffic on Cathedral Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually see more people in the afternoons or on weekends. We have a few regulars who come back every time they need a new backpack for school or a sturdy bag for work. It’s just a small team of us working here. We handle the unpacking, the cleaning, and the customers. It’s a simple retail life. We like being in Gopalapuram; it feels like the heart of things. We don't have a grand story to tell. We just sell bags and try to be nice to people. It keeps us busy and we enjoy the daily interactions with the neighborhood.
