Srinivas Shoes

Down here at Srinivas Shoes, we operate out of No. 15 Raja Apartments. It’s on B. K. N. Street in West Mambalam, which is a pretty crowded part of town but we like it here. The address is a bit confusing because it's No. 5 but also New No. 15, so sometimes the delivery guys get turned around. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, right in the heart of the residential area. It’s not a big factory or anything, just our space in the apartment building where we handle the shoe business. West Mambalam has a lot of energy, and we fit right in with the small shops and houses nearby. You can hear the street noise all day, which keeps things lively. We spend our time working on different types of footwear, making sure things are put together right. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we make do with the space we have. Neighbors know us well. We aren't trying to be some big corporate office. We just make shoes and talk to the people who walk by. It’s a simple setup. If you find Raja Apartments on B. K. N. Street, you’ve found us. We usually have the doors open to catch a bit of a breeze. It’s a honest way to spend the day, working on leather and soles. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
