If you’re looking for Prathiksha Impex, we are at No. 20 Ramakrishnapuram 2nd Street in West Mambalam. It’s a typical Chennai neighborhood, which means the streets are a bit narrow and there’s always someone walking by or a bike zooming past. Our building is nothing special to look at from the outside, but it’s where all the work happens. We’ve been here for a few years now, managing our export and import tasks. The 2nd Street can get pretty packed with scooters and delivery vans, so we’ve learned how to coordinate our timing for when things need to be moved in or out. Inside, we have a few rooms dedicated to storage and a small area where we do the administrative stuff. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the boxes stacked up near the walls. We don't have a fancy sign or a big lobby. Usually, you’ll just hear the sound of tape dispensers or someone talking on the phone with a shipping agent. West Mambalam is a great place to be because everything is close by, even if it is a bit crowded at times. We spend most of our time just making sure the daily list of chores gets done. We don't really have a 'philosophy' or anything like that; we just show up and do what we said we would. It’s a straightforward business run by regular people who live nearby.
