British Apparel Exports Pvt. Ltd. is situated in B-2 Saivikas Apartments at No. 140 on Velachery Main Road. It’s a bit unusual being in an apartment building but it works for us. Velachery is a crowded part of Chennai and the traffic on the main road can be a real headache some days. Our office is a quiet place compared to the noise outside. We spend our time managing apparel exports which means a lot of calls to factories and checking on shipping dates. There are piles of samples lying around on the chairs and desks most of the time. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us making sure the garments get where they need to go.
