Starting out in Velachery was mostly about finding a spot that worked for us. We're over at No. 27 Vandikaran Road in Balaji Avenue. It’s a busy area and the traffic can be a lot some days but we've gotten used to it. Mostly we spend our time handling the paperwork for the stuff coming in and going out. It is just a few of us here. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks and some computers and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can because that's how this business works. Sometimes the phone rings all morning and other times it is quiet and we just catch up on things. Being in a place like Chennai means it stays pretty hot so the AC is always running in the office. We get our lunch from the small shops nearby and usually eat at our desks. It isn’t anything too exciting but we get the work done and people know where to find us. We’ve been at this for a while now and we know the roads and the neighbors pretty well by now. People stop by to drop off documents or just to ask questions about how to ship things. We just tell them how it is. It's a lot of coordination with trucks and agents. That is basically what our days look like here. We stay busy.
